Appointment Selection:
The agreed upon day and time of your appointment(s) can be negoitated in session or by email with your therapist. If your requested time is not available, your therapist will make every effort to accommodate your availability within JP Psychotherapy LLC business hours.
No Show:
An attempt will be made to reach you after the start of session. If you have not joined the session after 20 minutes, the appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged for the scheduled session.
Late Arrival:
If late arrival is known, please inform your therapist prior to the start of session. If late arrival has not been discussed, an attempt will be made to reach you after the start of the session. Regardless of time of entry into session (prior to 20 minutes), the scheduled end time will be maintained.
Cancellation or Reschedule:
Please notify your therapist of the need to cancel/reschedule no less than 24-hours prior to your appointment. If notice is received within 24-hours, you will be charged for the scheduled session.
